What does it mean that Tutor Around doesn’t take commission?
Tutor Around is not an agency. We do not take a commission from users. As a Tutor, 100% of the money you earn from Students goes directly to you. As a Tutor Around Student, you can be assured that a Tutor does not have to inflate their price to cover high commissions that agencies charge, since Tutor Around does not charge anyone commissions.
Is Tutor Around free?There is no fee to create a Tutor Around account. Users can have free dual accounts as both a Tutor and a Student. At Tutor Around we understand that you may want to provide tutoring services in one field of expertise, but might like to take private lessons or group classes in another field.
Tutors can publish their profiles and generate interest among Students for free. Students can search for Tutors nearby and online and filter by selecting desired subjects, also for free. Additionally, your free account also permits you to view Tutors’ pricing details and see their availability. To access all the features of the App, however, a paid membership is required. Ambassador Tutors are instructors and professionals who are highly qualified and have extensive experience in a field of expertise.
